Only Heather M. Bush (Manager) and Brian J. Bush (Manager) are authorized to formally bind MyDry Holdings, LLC in contracts, agreements, or official representations. No other individual may act on behalf of the Company without explicit written authorization from both Managers.
All materials, trade names, branding, documentation, and proprietary information associated with MyDry Holdings, LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its authorized licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
